3 Day and Service is offered on select items:
- With 3 Day Rush Service we
guarantee to produce your merchandise within 3 working days.

after receipt of approved

2 Day Rush Production, 24 Hour Service
and Same Day Service is also available on most items, as a premium
service. This service is NOT FREE, unless specified. As a rule of
thumb, there is a $20 Minimum Rush Service charge applied to all 3 Day
Rush Service orders, For 2 Day Rush, 24 Hour Rush, or Same Day Service
an additional charge may be added, the base price of these additional
services would be:
- 3 Day Rush Service: $20 Minimum
Rush Service Charge, or 4 cents each above 500 units
- 2 Day Rush Service: $20 Minimum
Rush Service Charge + 12 cents each, on any quantity
- 24 Hour Rush Service: $20 Minimum
Rush Service Charge + 15 cents each, on any quantity
- Same Day Service: $20 Minimum Rush
Service Charge + 20 cents each, on any quantity
As all items are produced differently,
and all orders are unique in their circumstances, the best thing to do

You may email your artwork to

- We accept all files, but prefer
Adobe Illustrator files for PC's. Please try to avoid sending low
resolution files, or MAC files as this will delay your order time to
allow for corrections and/or conversions to PC Platform.
- If possible please send your
artwork as high resolution, vector art, sized accordingly, and as
Black & White, or color separated if printing in multicolor.

Proofs:
- Vendo Direct does not do proofs on every order, due to the
excessive designing time needed to make the proofs. If you
would like to see a proof for your order, we will happily do it for
you free of charge, simply let us know that you would like to see a
proof. Its that easy. Our policy allows for 1 free proof set with 1
free revision. Each additional proof and revision is subject to a
$10 charge. Proofs generally take 24 to 48 hours, in some
circumstances, proofs may take longer depending on how busy the art
dept is. Proofs are usually required by Vendo Direct, Inc. on
all orders with logos, all multi-color imprints, some re-orders and
questionable imprints. Proofs are not always available on 24
Hour, 2 Day, or 3 Day Rush orders. If you approve a proof
incorrectly, and your order is imprinted wrong, Vendo Direct, Inc.
will not be responsible for your mistake. Vendo Direct, will
not be responsible for time delays caused by proofing. Once you
request a proof, you accept full responsibility for the proof, proof
approval, and any time delays, that may cause you to be in a "rush
order situation" or in need of an Expedited shipping method.

- Vendo Direct, Inc. will provide free UPS ground shipping on all
orders.

Territories and Bases outside of the USA
- This offer excludes any large, or heavy items that ship in oversized packages,
or by dimensional weight.

Transfer of
Ownership:
- Once the items are delivered to
your location, ownership has been officially transferred from Vendo
Direct, Inc., the manufacture to you, the client. If the packages are
stolen, or lost, upon successful delivery, you assume 100% liability and
ownership of the goods. If you would like for us to request that a
signature to be required for the shipping company to release the goods
to you for delivery to occur, please do call us 1-866-381-7367 and we will happy arrange for
this service. This service is NOT free and will add a few dollars to
your order as per the shipping carrier.
